Sounders back to winning ways with 4-0 win over Rapids

Mid season pickup Ralul Ruidiaz picked up the brace with his 6th and 7th goals of the year, as the Seattle Sounders beat the Colorado Rapids 4-0. Raul would open the game up with a 22nd minute goal on a nice back pass from Nico Lodeiro. he would the game off with a 73rd minute goal to cap off his 2nd brace of the year.

Lodeiro would get tackled in the box and score his 8th goal of the season with on a penalty kick. And Victor Rodriguez would get in on the action with a 80th minute garbage time goal.

The Colorado Rapids would get just 1 shot on target as Stefan Frei showed again why he is the best goalie in the MLS.

The Sounders now climb to 4th place in the MLS as the regular season nears it’s end.
